Spontaneous bookings are possible subject to availability – it is best to give us a quick call to ask if a time slot is still available. Simply dropping by is unfortunately not possible, as our games are strictly scheduled and only start at specific times.

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 9 BGB, a cancellation is excluded because it involves a leisure activity that provides for a specific date for performance. However, we offer you a free rebooking up to 24 hours before the game.
Our actors will pick you up at the door at the booked time and introduce you to the world of your chosen escape room. Before you enter the escape room, however, you will have the opportunity to lock away your valuables and use the restroom. Once you have been briefed on your mission, the rest is up to you...
No. Our actors welcome you at the front door and prepare you for your mission. There are no "scare actors" or other actors inside the escape room itself. However, if you get stuck, our gamemasters from headquarters will assist you at any time and provide the necessary hints.
We take 90 minutes of time for you. This way, you receive a short briefing at the beginning, have 60 minutes of playtime, and afterwards still have enough time to tell us about your experiences.
For our outdoor tours, it depends on which tour length you have booked. Our standard tour takes 2 to 3 hours, and our short tour takes 1.5 to 2 hours.
It is best not to arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment. This way, you can start your adventure relaxed – and we have time to prepare everything for you. If you arrive too early, you may have to wait outside until the previous group has finished and the room is ready for you.
Please be on time! Since our games have strictly scheduled times, we unfortunately cannot add extra time in the event of delays. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, the game may have to be shortened or may no longer be able to take place. A refund is not possible in this case.
If you already have some escape room experience and are a well-coordinated team, you are welcome to book the pro version. If your group consists of absolute beginners who have never played an escape room or played one ten years ago, we would recommend the beginner version.
Should you decide on the difficult version as a beginner, there is no need to panic: a gamemaster will monitor and support you at all times during the experience.
We want to offer every team the best possible experience. The puzzles in Endzeit are designed so that they can be played at two different levels of complexity. In the beginner version, the logical steps are more intuitive and the hints are more direct, while the pro version requires more complex thinking and faster combinations. This ensures that both newcomers and experienced escape room enthusiasts are neither underchallenged nor overwhelmed.
In our indoor escape rooms, the group must consist of at least 2 and at most 6 people. If there are more of you, we can divide you into several groups across different escape rooms. The ideal group size is 4 players per escape room.
Our outdoor tours can be played starting from 3 players. For group sizes of 6 or more, we recommend splitting into teams – but of course, you are also welcome to play together.
Yes, we would be happy to book you into two of our escape rooms so you can play in parallel as a group of 3 and a group of 4. However, you will likely start asynchronously; please check our booking calendar for this.
For our outdoor tours, you also have the option to play together with 7 people.
Seriously: We are sorry, but not with us. The quality of the experience drops significantly once a certain group size is exceeded. In our experience, there should definitely not be more than 6 players in an escape room at the same time, and we want your visit to us to be of the highest possible quality.
Comfortable clothing that can withstand a "dirty" room. We also recommend not wearing high heels.
Yes, due to fire safety regulations, the escape rooms are not locked and can be left at any time.
Unfortunately not. Our escape rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a post-war building without an elevator. But surely at our next location!
An escape room with us isn't a classic "lock-in," but rather an immersive adventure where you dive into a world and must complete a specific mission. Together with your team, you will immerse yourselves in a completely different world for 60 minutes. Search for hidden clues, combine mysterious objects, and fulfill the mission!
No. From experience, we can tell you that even in an escape room, it stinks quite a bit after a diaper change.
The minimum age for our indoor escape rooms is 13 years. Children up to 16 years must be accompanied by an adult. Even for children's birthday parties, an adult must be present in the room; otherwise, the children will not be allowed to play. This may seem rigorous, but it is for the protection of the children and our props.
Our outdoor tours are available for ages 12 and up.
We recommend the Experimenta parking garage at Bahnhofstraße 8. It is a new, brightly lit, and spacious parking garage just a 5-minute walk away.
Yes, we’d love to! Usually, school classes play our outdoor tours, but indoor escape rooms are also possible starting from a certain grade level. You can find more information on our school class page.
Yes, you are very welcome to come to us for a team-building activity. Thanks to our four escape rooms, corporate clients can visit us indoors with up to 24 participants at the same time. Outdoors, even up to 250 players are possible simultaneously. You can find more details on our corporate page.

If you prefer to give something more premium, you can choose our elegant hardcover vouchers or the impressive 3D pop-up cards (e.g., with light and sound), which we will conveniently send to you by mail.For those who are particularly creative, we also offer our pirate ship variant: using our templates, you build a small ship, and the recipient has to solve a few puzzles first to get to the hidden voucher! Our vouchers are valid for 3 years, extended until the end of the calendar year. For example, a voucher purchased on February 28, 2021, is valid until December 31, 2024. It must be redeemed by that date. This means it can also be used and booked on December 31, 2024, for an appointment 3 months after the voucher's expiration. However, such an appointment can no longer be rescheduled or canceled.
